You can directly file a complaint with the Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau against possible bribery, large-scale financial irregularities, and misappropriation of government funds in Panchayat offices.

Priority order for filing complaints (Hierarchy)

Panchayat level
Panchayat Secretary / President / Grievance Redressal Committee

For local disputes and delays in applications, first file a complaint directly with them and seek a solution.

📌 Second stage
District level
Joint Director / Deputy Director (LSGD)

If the solution is not found at the Panchayat level, the complaint can be filed with the Joint Director or Deputy Director who is the head of the district.

📌 Third stage
Legal level
Ombudsman / Tribunal

If officials deliberately violate the law, show corruption, or deny due services, these legal bodies can be approached.
