Swaraj Trophy Achievements

Udumbannoor Grama Panchayat is widely recognized for its people’s participation, transparent administration, and excellence in development activities. The Panchayat has received the prestigious Swaraj Trophy, awarded by the Government of Kerala for outstanding performance in the field of local self-governance, on multiple occasions.

Udumbannoor Grama Panchayat won the Swaraj Trophy in the years 2002, 2003, 2024, and 2025. These awards were presented in recognition of the Panchayat’s administrative excellence, effective implementation of development projects, welfare initiatives, environmental conservation activities, and active community participation.
